Can’t wait to kick-off Oseredok’s newest exhibition ‘Mimicry and Adaptation: Tracking the Influence of Traditional Ukrainian Clothing on Western Fashion’? Neither can we! And to celebrate we’re starting with a lecture by Lida Lahola.
The event will explore questions such as how has the marketability of ethnic inspired clothing evolved over the years? Have trends or attitudes changed towards using cultural patterns and motifs in contemporary fashion designs? What has ignited the fashion world’s fascination with embroidery? If you’re interested in learning the answer to all of these and more, then join us for ‘Evolving Ukrainian Fashion Trends, Patterns, and Motifs’ with Entrepreneur and Fashion Enthusiast Lida Lahola.
This in-person lecture is free to attend for all on Saturday, November 11th, 2023 at 2:30PM. So bring your questions related to Ukrainian fashion because this event will have you in stitches!
