Russia’s invasion of Ukraine on February 24^th, 2022 interrupted many aspects of daily life for those in Ukraine. What it did not interrupt, however, was the creativity of Ukrainians. Please join Oseredok on November 22, 2022 at 12PM-1PM CST for a discussion with Marta Trotsiuk of the Ukrainian Gallerists Association exploring what it means to be an artist under extraordinary circumstances. Trotsiuk’s presentation, titled ‘Art and Culture in Times of War: The Importance of Cultural Resistance and Diplomacy’, explores and intertwines creativity, resistance, and bringing an end to the war.
