Cooking Borsch with Evhen

Learn how to cook up your own pot of a classic Ukrainian dish, borsch! Eugene Waskiw (Evhen) will share the secrets of cooking a family favourite borsch recipe, including a meatless recipe that is ideal for vegetarians. A free of charge kit, available only to residents of Manitoba, containing everything you need to participate in the class will be available for pickup upon registration. Only 40 kits are available.

The kit includes:

• Necessary food ingredients to create your own borsch
• A recipe
• Instructions on how to prepare your ingredients and cook along
