A virtual workshop with Ken Romaniuk where three traditional recipes will be explored: two kasha recipes will be shown and explained as well as Bukovynska Nachynka with a modern adaptation. Participants will receive an information package with recipes so you can cook along with Ken or create these tasty side dishes on your own – Smachnoho!
